• If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours' notice, there will be no cancellation fee, and we will gladly accommodate your request.
• However, if you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. This fee helps us compensate our technicians for their time and effort allocated for your appointment.

• If you arrive more than 25 minutes late for your appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and a 50% fee will be charged.
• In case of a no-show, the appointment slot reserved for you could have been utilized for another client. The fee helps us compensate our technicians for the time they set aside for your appointment.
