Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Polished NYC, we value your time and strive to provide every client with an exceptional experience. Because each appointment is reserved especially for you, we have established the following policies to ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
More than 24 hours’ notice:
No cancellation fee will apply, and we will gladly assist with rescheduling.
Less than 24 hours’ notice:
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged to compensate our technicians for the reserved time.
Important: If a cancellation fee or deposit is owed, clients must contact us to submit payment in order to transfer their deposit to a future appointment. Deposits are not automatically transferred and must be cleared before scheduling the next service.
Late Arrivals
We do our best to accommodate you; however, arriving late can delay the next guest. If you arrive more than 25 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and a 50% fee will be charged.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to arrive for your appointment without notice, a 50% no-show fee will be charged. This fee compensates our technicians for the time set aside exclusively for you.
